About Coho Salmon: Coho is a delicious wild salmon, with a bright orange flesh and mild flavor. It is less fatty than King salmon and more mild than Sockeye salmon, and it contains a high level of Omega-3 fatty acids.
Coho Salmon is best grilled, baked, seared or smoked. Fillets will be vacuum sealed in approximately one-pound portions with the skin on and pin bone in.
