About King Salmon: Also known as Chinook, King salmon is the largest and most rich wild salmon species on the West Coast. It has a higher fat content than Coho salmon so it is rich and flavorful, with a beautiful orange flesh.
King Salmon is best grilled, baked, seared or smoked. Fillets will be vacuum sealed in approximately one-pound portions with the skin on and pin bone in.
